I'll start with the basics for where I started with the truck. 100 hp exergy injectors arp 625's Fire ringed head Hamilton push rods and valve springs Air Dog 100 10 mm Stroker Cp3 Smarty UDC tuning by Danville and an Edge CTS Reverse leveled 364/482 Compound kit with T3 Stainless diesel manifold 3.73 AMM locker in the rear. Traction bars Intercooler I bought the truck in Indiana drove it over to Firepunk to have Lavon tune the truck his way, and to have them install an ATS Dual CP3 kit to go on top of my 10mm. Immediately noticed an improvement in the daily driving of the truck, power band came on much sooner and very little smoke. I Drove straight through to Alligators Hunting for Horsepower two day event in Idaho and had a blast. Blew boot on the dyno and limped the truck to seattle. If anyone has any questions at all pertaining to anything done please feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer

Decided I wanted to lower the truck by doing a 2 inch drop shackle, pulled the overload spring, and one leaf, and cut a round off the coils on the front Attachments:

Thanks to Brook I picked up his old set of Nitto 420's and decided to lower the front of the truck as well by cutting one round off of the top of the coil spring and attempted to get it somewhat flat to sit up in the coil bucket.

I decided that I wasn't happy with the compound setup, lack of adjustability, and the new horsepower goal this set of chargers just wasn't going to do the trick. So I decided to start fresh with my own setup and swap to a T4 with an external gate. I will post once the new chargers are installed but since Steed Speed decided to take over two months fabricating my manifold I am still waiting. I did go ahead and pull the passenger side battery and grid heater and grid heater relay. Ran a new cable from the alternator to driver side battery. Installed new 5100's with less travel capacity since the truck is lower and installed Fleece Performance Shock Tower delete plates to clean up the engine bay and give me more room to work.

I had two separate runs on dyno's down in the states and both times completely tapped out my 100hp injectors so it was time for new ones. I picked up a set of 150% Exergy injectors and installed them.

Was told I got an Air dog 150 when i bought the truck. Crawled under and took a look to grab part numbers for fuel filter and saw that it was an Air Dog 100, this simply wasn't going to cut the fuel demands and I'm impressed it provided the fuel it did to dyno. Ordered up a Fass 260, hopefully that will keep the Cp3's happy. Pulling the bed is the way to go especially if you have a shop hoist at hand.

do they make gear or belt driven lift pumps for u drive by wire guys where u can get some real pressure up to ur rail? all these electric pumps seam wimpy and seam to give up eventually or have a hard time sustaining high pressures at full throttle . or u need multiple pumps to sustain rail pressure . i know the cp3s dont like huge amounts of pressures but a regulator would seam like it would work good with a gear driven pump delivering 100 psi at all times regardless if ur batterys or alternator failed.

Awesome build. This thing has come a long way since we chatted before dyno day. Stoked to see where she's at this summer. You and Geoff should have a good competition this summer

Thanks Mike, she's still got a long way to go before I'll have her where I want. Made a little progress today, I got the truck washed lol. Couldn't take how dirty it was anymore sitting in the garage.

These pictures are the truck finalized with the lowering Currently sits with 1 round off the coil spring on the front, 2 inch drop shackle in the rear, overload pulled and 1 leaf, sits 1/2 an inch lower in the front than the rear which I'm content with

Haha I left my statement simple, I prefer the matte black option, love to represent but the matte keeps it concealed from afar.

Having not seen the black decal before on the truck. I am a fan now. I have an OG big ass white decal that would take almost the whole back window or a good part of the tailgate. I love the look of it just not sure it would look the way I want on the truck. I may need to explore the black. Since my color scheme is moving to gloss black I bet one that color would look awesome

Thought about mounting batteries in the bed or under? I might find myself doing this

I was going to try just the one for now, will see how that goes once I fire it up and cold test it, if that gives me issues I will figure out a frame mount since I can't stand cutting or drilling in the bed

I just read that you were trying one battery. My AD150 sucks a lot of juice when she's cold, hope it works out for you. I figure you use 5/40 oil. That definitely helps

I have a bull rail at work, and a garage to park in every night, block heater and battery blankets, literally plugged in the heat under the hood melted snow on my windshield above my wipers, my fingers are crossed.
