Well Daniel Chase just got the fuel system fixed, we got one more thing the to do there. And got some more front end upgrades coming.
Had Daniel do -PPE big line kit -PPE fuel pickup kit
And we'll be going with upgraded pitman/idler arms a long with braces when they come in.
Next on the list will probably be a tcase brace so we can get it on the track this summer. Following that will either be a different wheel/tire combo or manifolds/up pipes. The goal by end of the end of the year is manifolds/up pipes, dual CP3 and the new turbo set up that we'll use to push it to our 4 digit end goal and see if we can make it live in the mid 600's for a bit while we build the new short block

Interested in the fuel rail upgrades. My LMM seems to still get real close to going to limp mode and throwing the "0% fuel filter remaining" and sometimes actually going into limp mode when I am giving her the onion going up a long hill in turnagain pass. I have the race plug and a lift pump set up and have replaced all the "collapsible" lines and deleted the stock filter... Any insight into this? All ears!

Yup, get a ported fuel rail fitting (I brand new one if you need), and get either a sump or aftermarket fuel pick up. Also completely by pass the filter housing. We were having the same issue as you at dyno day with the same upgrades as you except we had the ported rail fitting too. Dropped it off with Daniel chase, he put in a PPE pick up, PPE big line kit, and bypassed the filter housing all together and it runs like a bat out of hell. Holds rail pressure even on the race tune.

Ooh good to hear! Yeah I bypassed the filter and have the beans diesel sump. Love that kit, super impressed by it. But looks like my weekend plans will soon include the race fuel rail fitting and a big line. Thanks for the info!!

Nice build going man. I have a 09 MAX too she is still stock. I pull 24 ft fifth wheel and was thinking of doing EFI live tune and exhaust. it has 97xxx on it. But can't really shell out a GRAND right now I just got out of the Army. but I'm new to diesels and was curious what some first MODS should be.

But can't really shell out a GRAND right now I just got out of the Army. but I'm new to diesels and was curious what some first MODS should be. First thing I'd do is get rid of the emissions. So EFI live, down pipe back exhaust and an EGR blocker plate would be the cheapest route. Also should do a FASS lift pump and a dump kit if not at the same time, shortly after because not having the lift pump will limit you. Also at the the same time you should do gauges or an Edge insight CTS2 to monitor the vitals. A PCV reroute asap will also be very beneficial. At that point you would have an awesome platform that would be very reliable and extremely fun to drive. Just be careful because with the additional power if your not easy on her you'll be rebuilding the tranny in no time. Which is what I'd start saving for at this point anyways. Eventually your front end parts will start wearing out, at which point I suggest upgrades as well. Because there are a few weak links in the front end. Ultimately don't get over whelmed, just start compiling a list of stuff you plan to do. That way you have goals and you can work towards them, plus as they get done you check them off so you can see the progress. Here's some pics of our current mod list, some of it will change in the future but at least give you an idea of some things you can do

So as some of you know we are moving state side the end of this year. With that we had to put build plans on hold and have sold the spare block we had. However, we have made a few small changes to the truck. We're not big fans of chrome so some bed liner on the grille helped tone that down and made us decide when the truck gets wrapped we're going to color match the bumpers Also modified our fuel cup. The PPE fuel pickup was drawing to much from the factory fuel cup and it simply was not flowing. Now the race tune is smoky even with the turbo fully spooled and we can hit 1800F EGT pretty quickly. Guess we may need more air sooner than later.
