Hey guys I'm lookin at doing a lift pump on my Lbz, current mods are efi live from Idaho rob, the mild max set and a 5" exhaust. this is a subject I don't know much about unfortunately so my main question is what is a good gph rating for my application while still allowing for some room to grow?. Another option I like the sound of is a flow through style so in the case that a pump fails it won't leave me stranded . Ive stewed over pulling the trigger on this for quite a while due to lack of product knowledge , I've came down to a couple of options, - BD diesel flow max, Rated at 150 gph, nowhere can I find that says if it is adjustable or not. Also if it's a flow through or not ? Cons are it doesent come with filters or a heater. Pros are it has a 5 year warranty. - fass titanium series The pump I've seen the most of but I've read mixed reviews on this product, some love them and some hate them presumably not adjustable but does come in different gph, Also unsure of a flow through. - AFE DFS780 this is the most appealing to me but also the most expensive, they come In Two different options boost activated and full time operation. Which I'm sure works just as its stated but what are the pros and cons of each, this one is for sure a flow through design. But does not advertise a gph rating. I have heard nothing but failures From air dog products but any insight is appreciated. I believe that word of mouth is the best way to buy a product. So let's hear everyone's experiences I know this is kind of a long post but thanks for taking the time to help a fellow gear head out.

FASS uses an old spring and ball style built in FPR. You can adjust them, but it means trying several different springs each time and bleeding the system. IMO an external regulator works awesome and they're pretty cheap. Fuelab and Aeromotive make some nice ones.
